HOW IT WORKS

MakeUp Eraser is a premium & patented cloth made up of millions of tiny hair-like fibers that activate when wet & work together as a "suction" for all dirt, makeup, & oil in your pores.

Wash

Machine wash hot & dry with your towel load. Fabric softener & dryer sheet safe. *Machine wash before first use to activate fibers.

Wet

Soak in warm water. The warmer, the wetter, the better!

Erase & Exfoliate

Use the short fiber side to erase makeup in gentle circular motions. Then flip to long fiber side (side with tag) to exfoliate the skin.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free shipping on Order $75+. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Domestic Orders (U.S.) Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing.

International Orders: We ship internationally, excluding the entire Lira Clinical line. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

30-day return policy with conditions, exceptions, and exchange info. The item mustn’t be used within 30 days to receive a full refund. Exchanges accepted upon evaluation. Additional shipping costs may occur.

Are your products cruelty-free / clean / fragrance-free

Yes — all the brands we carry (Lira Clinical, HOP+, AO Medical USA, Le Mieux) are cruelty-free. Many formulas are also fragrance-free, though this varies by product, so check individual product labels for specifics.

Do you have a loyalty rewards program?

Yes, we do! Once you become a member, you automatically receive $15/150 points to use towards your first purchase.
